A gentle, social walk and talk in Bailey’s Wood, Blackley (opposite Boggart Hole Clough). Ideal for people who are new to walking, or who want to explore the woods with company. Conversations cover nature and wellbeing, and also the local history and heritage of the area. Bailey’s Wood Walk and Talk takes place on the first and third Wednesday of every month, and it is run by the Friends of Bailey’s Wood, a volunteer group set up to look after and celebrate our little patch of ancient woodland in North Manchester.
