Join expert birder Stuart Fraser for a walk in our woodland close to Barrow Bridge and along Dean Brook. Hear the morning birdsong of common woodland birds.
To ensure group safety and conservation of the area, numbers are limited.
What to know before the walk:
This walk includes some steep steps, and we ask all attendees to come prepared for cold and potentially wet weather.
Barrow Bridge has poor phone signal, please plan your route ahead of time.
You are welcome to bring your own binoculars
Due to the nature of the walk, we would ask that people do not bring dogs, except assistance dogs.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you have any questions, access requirements, or would like to join us for the walk but have any hesitations which we may be able to support you with, please get in touch: smithillsestate@woodlandtrust.org.uk
