One step at a time

We hope to introduce walking to help people in the community to get physically active.

We will have volunteers on hand to support new walkers. Families with children, buggies are most welcome. Healthy refreshments and waters will be available to all. We will take short breaks and volunteers will stay behind with those who need it. We want it to be a fun and enjoyable walk and no pressure on anyone to walk fast or slow! everyone at their own pace ONE STEP AT A TIME.
