Opportunities for walking, talking and socialising post-walks, great benefits for physical and mental health and social interaction. Opportunities to enjoy the countryside with like-minded people. Initially based in and around Stockport, now venturing around Greater Manchester’s 10 Boroughs AND outside of Greater Manchester in up to 9 counties around the outskirts of Stockport and Greater Manchester.

The following walk will be a riverside walk, on the rough path to Gibson Mill initially. The main walk will be 6 miles with an option to extend to 8.5 miles. For the 8.5 option, there is also a choice of woodland return, either flat or hilly terrain. Toilets are available at Hebden Bridge Station and Gibson Mill.
