An opportunity for our NHS GM colleagues to be active, to connect and to take notice of the world around us – all are very important in helping us improve and maintain our health and wellbeing. The main thing is to enjoy it and to take some much needed time away from sitting at your desk.
This will be a flat easy circular walk around Pennington Flash, which is approximately 4 – 5 milesFamily, children and dogs (on leads) welcome, each person attending will require a ticket.
