Friendly, welcoming group of all ages. Affiliated to Lees Health Walks with walks taking place in Shaw & Crompton in the Oldham Borough. All our walks are aimed at beginners in Nordic Walking.
Our Walks
Our optional Nordic Walking Poles are available for beginners. We walk on Crompton Moor or car share to other areas, often with a special interest or focus. We stop and admire something in nature or to take photos and chat to each other. Walks last approximately 3 hours usually returning to the park Bowling Pavilion for a brew and a chat. Sometimes having a special speaker. Walks are offered on the second Sunday of the month meeting at the Bowling Pavilion in Dunwood Park, Shaw, Oldham OL2 7UQ at 11:00 hours. Total Cost £3.
