The GM Ringway is Greater Manchester’s walking trail. Covering all ten boroughs of the city-region, the trail explores an astonishing variety of landscapes, including parks, waterways and beautiful countryside.
Join us for one of a series of walks for men (age 18+) offered in conjunction with Mandem Meetup, a grassroots charity promoting, correcting, and improving the conversation around men’s mental health and wellbeing.

Stage 2 – Sale to Didsbury is one of the 20 stages of the GM Ringway – the new walking trail for Greater Manchester. Stage 2 follows a series of pretty, traffic-free footpaths through the Mersey Valley greenbelt of South Manchester.

The wildlife and greenery of Chorlton Water Park
The trees and birdlife of Kenworthy Woods, Manchester’s newest local nature reserve
An especially pretty meander of the River Mersey
An old country lane near Didsbury village
Fletcher Moss Park, one of the most attractive and varied areas of parkland in Manchester.
