This walk will be for everyone to improve their health. It is to promote a healthy lifestyle under the slogan “Be active, be healthy”. I have been an active fitness instructor for 10 years, I work with people of all ages and I see how much they need movement every day. I have organized events in clubs and on trips many times. Every year I organize a Zumba Xmas Party and now I will be happy to lead a group of members of my classes and completely new people on a beautiful, picturesque route, where I can also give advice on how to be active every day. I am active on social media (I have a group on FB of over 400 people and another one of 17 K) I can easily reach people who want to join.
