Fresh air, being in nature, walking, talking, learning and hysterical laughing (we blame sleep deprivation!) are all great for you (and your baby). That’s why we set up Walking Mum’s Club. We’ve built an inclusive community of parents who walk together across parks in Greater Manchester, building new friendships, supporting each other and sharing stories of their parental journeys. Come join us on a walk in your local park. It’s a great way to link in to an amazing support network that may (often) lead to life long friends : )
