Our Wellbeing Walk and Talk project will provide people with a safe, welcoming, and supportive way to improve their mental and physical wellbeing, while reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation. By combining gentle physical activity with opportunities for meaningful conversation, participants will strengthen both body and mind, while building lasting social connections. The project will offer guided group walks, each incorporating time and space for conversation and peer support. Walks will be led by trained staff and volunteers, who will encourage participants to talk openly about their wellbeing in a relaxed and informal setting.
