The aim is to boost mood and reduce stress , Improve physical health gently, Meet others and feel connected and A break from routine. Meeting point is at Ordsall Health Surgery 118 Phoebe Street M5 3PH and we are walking to The Imperial War Museum, The Quays, Trafford Wharf Road, Manchester, M17 1TZ. The distance is 1.1 mile there and 1.1 mile back to the surgery. The route is mostly flat and it will take us over the Manchester ship canal. We are a GP surgery trying to promote health and well being to all our staff and patients.
