Walking Together is for a group of 10-5 women from Culture Bridge’s Coffee Morning group in Cheethamhill area. Our group has been set up for about 5 years now, we usually gather at Tesco Community Room on Friday mornings. We’re sharing our art & Cultural experiences and ideas together, we help and empower each other. Many of us are passionate about walking and talking about our daily lives issues and the challenges. Most of the women in the group are refugees, asylum seeking and migrants, and they are suffering from depression and anxiety, especially because they find it difficult to integrate to their new lives.
We all love to have sometimes for ourselves where we are free even for a couple of hours, from hassle of life’s, responsibilities , and we can only walk together and care of our health and wellbeing.
