This walk aims to bring the community of Eccles together, to explore the overlooked pockets of green space in the area and reclaim them as their own. Join the team from The Castle Community Centre on a stroll through the parks, woodlands and gardens of Eccles to learn about the native flora and fauna and connect with the green spaces available to the community right on their doorstep. Starting with a breakfast bap to fuel the walk and a brew after to toast to new friends, all refreshments will be provided by heart of the community, The Castle.
