Anyone over the age of 50yrs can join this leisurely Walk and Talk around Salford Quays and Media City. Enjoy the beautiful Blue Peter Gardens and the history of the the once Salford Docks. The walk is all on the flat with 2 Bridges to cross there is plenty of Toilets and places to sit and some where to go for a drink.
