Walk description:

Angels of Hope Weekly Wellbeing Walks are gentle, inclusive walks for women in the local community, designed to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. The walks are open to women of all ages and backgrounds, particularly those experiencing isolation, stress, or low confidence.

The aim is to create a safe and supportive space where women can connect, move at their own pace, and prioritise self-care. Walking together helps reduce loneliness, encourages positive conversations, and supports mental wellbeing through regular outdoor activity.

The walks take place weekly at Gorton Park, using local green space to link directly to the theme of wellbeing, community connection, and active lifestyles. Sessions often include mindful moments, peer support, and social time.

Angels of Hope for Women CIO is a Manchester-based charity committed to nurturing mind, body, and community through culturally sensitive wellbeing programmes that empower women to thrive.
