We assist with learning disabilities and Autism throughout Oldham, Tameside and Rochdale.
A cross section of our service users includes a selection of individuals who, due to their learning disability or autism often struggle in their efforts to live independently, have no personal budget from the local authority for support services and individuals that exhibit complex or challenging behaviours.
More often than not, our service users are the most isolated members of the community, and a visit to Pennine Mencap is the only contact they may have.
Our core staff allows Pennine Mencap to operate a diverse and full calendar of events, activities, services and sessions designed to engage individuals of all different ability levels and interests.
