National Lockdown: Stay at home #WalkFromHome – You can exercise with your household (or support bubble) or one other person, this should be limited to once per day, and you should not travel outside your local area.
You can exercise in a public outdoor place:
by yourself
with the people you live with
with your support bubble (if you are legally permitted to form one)
in a childcare bubble where providing childcare
or, when on your own, with 1 person from another household
GM Walking, GM Moving & GreaterSport have a new campaign to #KeepGMMoving. Residents across Greater Manchester are being encouraged to keep their energy up despite the Covid 19 lockdown.
The University’s Healthy Ageing Research Group has teamed up with the Greater Manchester Ageing Hub to support those who are self-isolating during COVID-19.
