Our aim is to get people over the age of 50 walking and talking to tackle loneliness and mental health while improving health and fitness through engaging with the great outdoors and friendly, very welcoming people within our group who often get to meet and speak to other groups along the way.
Destination is arrived via our mini bus from address stated at the meeting point.
