A sociable circular health walk (approximately 2.5 hours) taking in parks, woodland, the Bridgewater Canal, looplines and the occasional historic view. Travelling from Walkden through Worsley, Roe Green and then back to Parr Fold Park – the walk makes use of several of Salford’s popular off-road routes, including parts of the new RHS Cycling and Walking Links.
