Elmswood Park Extra Care will be joining our residents to have a walk/stroll/wheel around our local park, to enjoy the weather, be more social outside of the scheme, have some refreshments, enjoy the park and the paths that have been set out within Alexandra Park, Manchester.
Our social group meets weekly for a chat and some bingo and members are keen to get out and enjoy the local area, the fresh air and the park we have on our doorstep.
