“I started walking home every evening from my job in the city, and immediately found it was a wonderful way to decompress after a busy day at work—especially when I’m sitting down for the best part of eight hours.
It’s also great exercise, and I’ve actually given up the gym since I started walking and invested in some sturdy boots instead!
