These walks are a great way to explore the area of Old Trafford. The area is steeped in history and boasts amazing street art and creativity varied green spaces to play and relax in, and fascinating landmarks.
The routes were developed by Love Old Trafford and other local groups as part of Right to the Streets. With local people, Right to the Streets has been exploring how we can make our streets and public spaces safer, more welcoming and joyful for women and girls.
Why? Because research shows that everyday sexual harassment and fear of gender-based violence makes it more difficult for women to lead active lives. We want to change that by reclaiming these spaces.
